Weekly testing for E-coli revealed that levels are above the recommended water quality standards. Because of this the beaches in Excelsior are closed for the week. Hennepin County will resume testing on Monday, August 28th. The beaches will reopen when water quality improves. For more information contact City Hall at (952) 474-5233.
