Students from Excelsior Elementary will depart from Excelsior Elementary at 1:30 P.M. on Friday, October 29th and proceed one side of Water Street. The parade route will then turn around near Second Street and proceed up the opposite side of Water Street and return back to Excelsior Elementary.
The following roads will not allow parking between 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Friday, October 29th, 2021. These roads will also not allow vehicular traffic for the duration of the parade between 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.:
1. Water Street from Oak Street to Lake Street
2. Second Street from East Drive to West Drive
3. Third Street from East Drive to West Drive
