The City is launching a code enforcement project this summer that will run June through Labor Day. The goal of this pilot program is to proactively address building and property conditions that violate City Ordinances and detract from Excelsior's quality of life or cause safety concern. These issues include excess outdoor storage, storage of watercraft or trailers on residential property, construction activity outside of permitted hours, ensuring trees on construction sites are protected, illegal parking, property maintenance, and tree removal without a permit, among other items.
If you would like to report a complaint, please use the online Code Enforcement Complaint form that can be found here.
If you have additional questions about the program please call City Hall at 952-474-5233.
