Minnetonka High School’s Homecoming parade will take place in downtown Excelsior on Friday, September 23rd at 4:00 p.m.
Water Street will be marked with no parking signs starting at 11:00 a.m. and the road will be closed to vehicular traffic starting at 3:30 p.m.
Once the parade finishes, Water Street will reopen. The estimated time for Water Street to reopen is 4:45 p.m.
